Processing Time

As every collar is made to order, please allow 3-4 weeks for your item to be crafted before dispatch. Need it sooner? Please contact us before ordering and we will always do our best to accomodate requests.

Shipping Method

All orders are shipped via Royal Mail Second Class Tracked.

Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery typically takes 2-3 working days, although this may vary depending on Royal Mail services and seasonal periods

Shipping Locations

We currently ship within England, Wales and Scotland. We hope to offer delivery to Northern Ireland soon.
