Fitting your collar

Our collars are designed so that they are adjustable. You just push the buckle through the gaps where needed to fit your pet. You may find it quite stiff at first due to the tight weave but it does push through.

Walking with your collar

Our collars are a beautiful accessory for your dog. We do not recommend our collars be the only form of restraint. They are ideal for wearimg alongside a harness or other form of restraint. Make sure to check your collar regularly for signs of wear. We recommend you remove our collars when your pet is unsupervised.

Caring for your collar

These collars are handwash only. We recommend just using a very mild hand soap with no colour and a sponge with warm water and just wiping them over.

We do our absolute best to make sure the collars are well sealed at the end but in the event a strand should come unstuck, just heat gently to melt the end and push back down

Always monitor your dogs behaviour when using our collars to avoid injury. Bonnie & Bear UK cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from excessive force, rough or misuse. Please use your best judgement when using our products. We recommend you carefully inspect your collar before each use for any signs of wear or damage. If you notice any, discontinue use immediately.
